About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife Abama. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high standards of quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
