About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewal Specialist to join our team in Malaga. As a Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the renewals process, building trust and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
  2. Renewals Lead Conversion: Effectively convert renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Cloud Technology Expertise: Understand customers' current Microsoft license position and lead with Microsoft's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Renewal Process Support: Support the renewal process by engaging and coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Native or proficient in Dutch with advanced English.
  2. Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  3. Cloud Technology Knowledge: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and a passion for cloud technologies.
  4. Industry Knowledge: General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
  5. Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs, create, and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
  6. Personality: Achievement and success-driven personality.
  7. Preferred Experience: Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
What We Offer
  1. Full-time Contract: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
