**About Us**

At Clarivate, we provide essential knowledge that informs decision-making, promotes research, and drives business growth. Our OFF-X team is a translational drug safety intelligence portal that offers Preclinical & Clinical Safety data and analytic tools.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Manager to lead our global team, responsible for the curation of drug safety information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacovigilance, drug safety management, and toxicology, with at least 5 years of experience in a global corporation.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage a global team of around 20 colleagues, mostly based in Spain and India

• Create a culture of success, motivating and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential

• Drive execution and performance, ensuring key performance indicators for quality, timeliness, and completeness are delivered

• Build a customer-focused team and develop an environment that stimulates innovation

• Play a role in major decisions and initiatives to enable the Content Function to achieve its long-term objectives

• Communicate initiatives to senior management, set timelines, and manage expectations for all deliverables and releases

• Work together with Product, Product Operations, Technology, and Marketing in the product development process

• Identify opportunities for synergies and simplification of complex processes

**About the Team**

You will be reporting to the Director, Content Editing, Regulatory and Market Access based in France and joining an international and diverse team of over 80 colleagues. The team culture is dynamic, creative, and supportive, with a strong emphasis on excellence, integrity, and care.
