Key Responsibilities- Manage a global team, primarily based in Barcelona and India, to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and services.
- Create a culture of success, motivating, and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Drive execution and performance, ensuring key performance indicators for quality, timeliness, and completeness are met.
- Build a customer-focused team and develop an environment that stimulates innovation.
- Play a key role in major decisions and initiatives to enable the Content Function to achieve its long-term objectives.
- Communicate initiatives to senior management, set timelines, and manage expectations for all deliverables and releases.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Operations, Technology, and Marketing in the product development process.
- Identify opportunities for synergies and simplification of complex processes.
You will be reporting to the Director, Content Editing, Regulatory and Market Access based in France and joining an international and diverse team of over 80 colleagues, primarily based in Spain and India.
