Content Manager

At Semrush, we're seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a pool of freelancers for various short-form copy and long-form content projects. You will work closely with external stakeholders, Brand and Marketing teams to define content needs and deliver high-standard work. Your role will also involve collaborating with our internal Creative Agency teams to develop concepts and ideas across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate content projects with freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Work with Brand and Marketing teams to understand their content needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with Creative Agency teams to develop concepts and ideas for various marketing channels.
- Write headlines and copy for various media formats, as needed.
- Proofread and edit written work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Provide input on executive management communications projects.
- Monitor key metrics and analyze content performance.
- 5+ years of experience managing content across multiple marketing channels.
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- Combination of data-based marketing and editorial mindset with understanding audience needs and specifics of marketing communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
