- Develop Learning and Development Programs: Design and implement learning and development programs for managers, focusing on skill-building, leadership development, and professional growth.
- Improve HR Processes: Identify areas for improvement in key HR areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- Create an HR and People Strategy: Develop an HR and people strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and objectives.
- Use HR Analytics and Metrics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform important decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize HR processes.
- Oversee HR Functions: Ensure that HR functions are implemented consistently across different countries, adhering to local laws and regulations.
- Implement HR Automation Tools: Leverage HR automation tools and AI technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams of five or more, promoting teamwork, and achieving results.
- HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major HR areas, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Motivation & Recognition, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- HR Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Lead, or HR Director.
- International Experience: Experience working in international and multicultural tech companies with a workforce of 60-300 employees.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Drive and Energy: A high level of energy and drive to challenge the norm, embrace change, and improve processes.
- Goal-Setting: Experience in setting OKRs and strategic goals for the HR department.
- Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Game Development Experience: Experience working in the Game Development industry, with a good understanding of the industry's culture and vibe.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Spanish employment and labor laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
