About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Flowserve. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting data process leads with data acquisition, normalization, and publishing activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract required data from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or other IT systems.
  • Ensure high-level accuracy of acquired data.
  • Provide high-quality data reporting services to the enterprise.
  • Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization activities.
  • Support data process leads in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) maturity roadmaps.
  • Work exclusively with standardized design format files and mapping templates.
  • Support the setup of a ticket system to manage data processing service requests.
  • Complete data processing service requests within target lead-times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Industrial manufacturing experience in data analysis activities.
  • Strong affinity with ERP and other IT systems, including Oracle, SAP, BPC, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • Skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) database management, data engineering, and data analytics; Python programming is an added advantage.
  • Highly responsive and live work ethics.
  • Able to influence stakeholders to achieve desired results.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
