Fusion Consulting Job Description

At Fusion Consulting, we are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Planning operations, ensuring the seamless performance of critical planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level operational support for SAP S/4HANA Planning solutions, addressing any issues that impact daily planning activities.
Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of system performance issues to ensure the stability and efficiency of SAP planning processes.
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and offer technical solutions that enhance the functionality of SAP S/4HANA Planning.
Ensure smooth integration of SAP S/4HANA Planning with other modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) and external systems.
Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, enhancements, and operational processes.
Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring full adoption of SAP S/4HANA Planning tools and best practices.

Requirements:
5-9 years of experience in SAP planning modules (e.g., SAP IBP, PP, or S/4HANA Planning), with a strong focus on operational support.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Planning processes, functionalities, and integrations with other SAP modules.
Proven experience in system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and providing high-level support for complex planning systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to resolve operational challenges promptly.
Experience in SAP system upgrades, enhancement projects, and maintaining system stability.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business teams.
