Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects in collaboration with internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers and foster a collaborative environment
  • Manage project teams, internal functions, and sub-suppliers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Conduct cost controlling and forecasting
  • Ensure timely submission and revision of project documentation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in collaboration with field service organization
  • Ensure compliance with Danfoss policies

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial degree
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of the pump, water, or related industry
  • Ability to navigate matrix and multicultural organizations
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • French is a plus
