KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive opportunity assessments (scope, budget, and timeline).
- Optimize specifications by critically evaluating and consolidating requirements.
- Oversee feasibility studies (description, costs, and timelines): organize and consolidate both internal and external deliverables.
- Direct, manage, and supervise team activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report directly to the Domain Manager and Project Manager.
- Prepare consultation documents. Research, select, and evaluate service providers for the study and construction phases.
Deliver a Comprehensive Design Document (detailed design):
- Monitor, validate, and receive outsourced services.
- Ensure proper tracking of changes by managing modification requests.
- Provide an estimate and a consolidated timeline, along with an updated risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.
- Guarantee the quality of work performed, adherence to timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage contracts with companies in collaboration with procurement.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance for process teams.
- Handle customer modifications and address external company concerns.
- Organize commissioning procedures and the acceptance of work and equipment.
- Compile the final project report, present the project closure analysis, and document lessons learned. Archive all relevant documents.
- Promote continuous improvement in technical specifications, tools, and calculation documentation.
