Join Our Team as an Airport Development Analyst

We are Volotea, a dynamic and international airline that connects people in small and mid-sized cities across Europe. Our team is passionate about direct travel and making air travel more enjoyable and sustainable.

We are seeking an experienced Airport Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our airport development team, you will be responsible for negotiating with airports, tourism boards, and institutions to drive growth and improve our airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in negotiations with airports and tourism boards to secure new routes and improve existing ones
  • Review and control airport contracts to ensure alignment with our business goals
  • Collaborate with our Strategy, Network Planning, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams to optimize airport costs and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate contract processes and ensure timely execution
  • Assist in co-marketing agreements and promote our network across markets
  • Support the launch of new routes and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Development, Management, Law, or Aeronautical Engineering
  • Proven experience in airport development, business development, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
