Unlock Your Potential as an Associate Product Account Manager

BMC Software is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Product Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business within our growth enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with customers and prospects, and executing a value-selling process to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pipeline generation plans, account strategies, and relationship mapping to drive sales within assigned enterprise-level accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and prospects, supported by a talented sales team and a customer-centric ecosystem.
  • Manage and grow relationships between BMC and each client to deliver opportunities and profitable growth.
  • Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Business awareness, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to articulate achievements through professional or personal experiences.
