Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager Analytics

Reckitt Benckiser is seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager Analytics to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Job Mission:

As a Trade Marketing Manager Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improve market share, and enhance customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tracking and analytics plans to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead shopper insights analysis to leverage category/channel understanding to support strategy definition.
  • Support the design, development, and execution of Catman projects in selected customers.
  • Lead promotion strategy analysis to increase revenue and optimize ROI (displays and promopacks), combining finance expertise with business needs.
  • Participate in E2E GM Expansion POS Project.
  • Ensure effective management and driving of Reckitt Benckiser's presence in highly competitive categories.
  • Compete in an increasingly competitive environment to achieve a leading position (category champion) in Reckitt Benckiser's key categories.
  • Translate brand marketing actions into winning customer marketing actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree level in a business-related subject from a recognized University.
  • Fluency in English is essential; fluency in other languages is advantageous.
