Job Title: Head of HR

As the Head of HR at Lucht Probst Associates Gmbh, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR functions of the company. With a team of 4 HR Managers and 1 Recruiter, you will handle the day-to-day HR operations for our offices in Germany, Madrid, Zurich, and Tel Aviv, ensuring smooth and effective HR processes support our agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement initiatives to attract top talent, retain key employees, and develop future leaders with the necessary skills for the company's growth.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer and promote our values and culture.
  • Remuneration Management: Design and implement competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • HR Metrics and Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and data to inform decision making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure risk management and legal compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in HR in the Software, Technology, Digital, or Professional Services sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area like Business Law, Business Administration, Business Psychology, with strong academic credentials.
  • Proven track record of leading small teams and motivating employees to achieve their best.
  • Global mindset and high ambition, with the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must-have.
