About the Role

New Relic, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Global HR Business Partner team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, front-line managers, and employees to drive business outcomes and a positive employee experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business goals, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR-related matters, including change management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP team in the Americas and India to align on strategies and key priorities.
  • Support compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as data security and integrity.
  • Lead special HR project teams and business unit committees as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, or Engineering.
  • Proficient Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
  • Progressive experience in HR, including strong previous HR Business Partner experience with a fast-paced and customer-driven organization.
  • Experience in employee relations, coaching, and influencing leaders at various levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience advising US executives on application of local labor laws and compliance requirements in EMEA, specifically within Spain.
  • Experience managing local site/ regional challenges and complex regional projects while working across multiple geographies with HRBPs, COEs, and Finance partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR experience with a global SaaS organization, preferably supporting Engineering organizations.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related area.
  • Prior work experience with a multinational company headquartered in the US.
