About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's HR team as a Regional HR Partner in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and HR Business Partners in delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
  • Facilitate development sessions to build manager effectiveness and capability, and guide leaders through talent management and annual compensation processes.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills, and support leaders with career conversations and growth plans.
  • Stay informed about legislative and Amazon-driven updates, and utilize strong written skills to change policy documents.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Extensive HR generalist work experience, with a strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law and Employee Relations experience.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish, and highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, with a fast-paced and customer-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make the best use of available resources.
  • Project management skills, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Experience managing Workers Councils in Spain.
