About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Caresphere Academy Manager to join our team at Sysmex Corporation. As a key member of our Iberia team, you will be responsible for leading our educational efforts and thought leadership initiatives in the South-West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Position Sysmex as a thought leader in the Iberia region, particularly in the Haematology domain.
- Develop and implement unified and standardized digital training programs to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Targeted training to make value visible, either through commercialization or valuation.
- Lead educational efforts and thought leadership initiatives to generate additional leads.
- Cross-selling to other business lines through increased contact rates using digital trainings as an additional channel.
- Build a strong community of clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through Carepshere Academy webinars, increasing customer retention.
- Use data produced and feedback received from clients to gain valuable insights.
- Develop underdeveloped customer bases, particularly in Haematology in Spain, through the deployment of the Caresphere Academy.
- Ease the accreditation process for customers by managing all trainings (digital and analog) using the platform.
- Lift synergies by driving digital trainings within EMEA South-West and combining efforts between France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
- Positively reflect on our branding and differentiate ourselves from competitors, particularly Mindray.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong relationship builder and stakeholder management skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills (ideally in multiple languages, including FR, EN, ES, IT, and PT).
- Community creation and management skills.
