About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Legal Counsel to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Legal department, you will provide legal services to internal clients, primarily in relation to customer, partner, and supplier contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to internal clients, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Assist in relation to mergers and acquisitions, human resources, compliance, leasing, corporate, risk management, and other matters.
- Work effectively with external counsel to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the Legal team's efforts to continuously improve their services and outcomes for the business.
- Identify strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Law degree and a member of the LSO.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong drafting, analytical, presentation, and negotiating skills.
