As a Global Content Excellence Project Manager, you will be the owner of the content excellence vision, defining the action plan and ensuring the cascading of guidelines to all execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a content excellence governance framework, working closely with stakeholders to ensure scalability and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a source of truth for content excellence performance levels, ensuring adoption by execution teams.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure proper product developments that improve content quality.
- Coordinate the creation of processes to tackle content excellence gaps, working with stakeholders to implement proactive solutions.
- Define content excellence targets for the content operations team and work with providers to implement services that enhance content excellence capabilities.
- Develop and implement a content excellence RACI matrix, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvements in content excellence processes, focusing on language-independent solutions.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in demanding environments, with a strong background in content operations and project management.
