About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Team Leader to join our award-winning Management Team at Jet2 Holidays. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in leading a team of Airport Customer Helpers, who are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience as they pass through the airport.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a Team of Airport Customer Helpers
  2. Deliver VIP Industry Leading Customer Service
  3. Manage Flight Disruption and Customer Escalations
  4. Create and Issue Monthly Rosters
  5. Host Weekly Meetings and Deliver Training
  6. Support Destination Manager and Analyze Customer Results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a flexible approach to the operation, with the ability to work varied hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends. You will also need to be confident in managing performance, possess an ability to deliver under pressure, and have a positive and friendly attitude.
