As an Airport Team Leader at Jet2holidays, you will be responsible for leading a team of Airport Customer Helpers in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the holiday experience for our customers.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Manage and motivate a team of Airport Customer Helpers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless airport operations and customer experience.
- Take ownership of managing flight disruptions and customer escalations using our in-house digital systems.
- Collaborate with the Destination Manager and management team to plan and execute daily airport operations.
- Host regular team meetings and provide training to new team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced airport environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
