About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Consultant to join our team at Omega CRM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design tasks to ensure effective data integration and modeling.
  2. Design and implement ETL processes to collect and ingest data from various corporate databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  3. Develop descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data analysis to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create data visualizations using world-class tools like CRM Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  5. Present business findings to non-technical audiences and support end-users in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience in ETL processes and data integration.
  2. More than 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis.
  3. Proficiency in BI tools, including Power BI, CRM Analytics Salesforce, and Tableau.
  4. Experience with databases and SQL queries.
  5. High level of English proficiency.

Desirable Skills

  1. Experience with CRM Analytics (Salesforce) and Salesforce.
