- Provide proactive risk management and compliance support, collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, including interactions with the Healthcare Community, ensuring alignment with Regeneron's policies.
- Stay informed of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate closely with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local industry codes and addressing potential risks optimally.
- A deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry.
- At least 7+ years in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A collaborative leader with a high degree of teamwork, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and work independently.
- Creative problem-solving skills, comfortable making strong decisions and designing creative solutions to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly.
