French-Speaking Digital Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Multilingual Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our Digital Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to educate customers on our solutions and assess their business needs
- Understand customers' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native level of French and fluency in English
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and professionalism
