Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Solutions Expert to join our Strategic Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will engage with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing innovative strategic solutions using cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet the customer's needs and influence strategic functional decisions.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables.
- Lead project planning, software testing, implementation, and post Go-Live support.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Solutions Expert in Finance, Banking, IT, or consultancy.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within geographically dispersed organizations.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, challenge IT, and possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
