Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CHRO and senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee matters, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Partner with global People Partners to lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development discussions. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues and talent development.
- Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. Lead change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of HR professionals, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the HR team.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- 5+ years' experience in a senior generalist HR role, working within a complex matrix organization.
- Experience working with managers and leaders in a people partnering role at a high-pace company.
- Deep understanding and expertise of European local labor-related legislation.
- Ability to build relationships, credibility, and trust quickly to become a trusted advisor across the organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss people challenges at all levels.
- Hands-on approach, with the ability to collaborate and prioritize.
- Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday, and other HR software.
