We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation and guidance on people-related topics, including organizational development, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
- Facilitate development sessions to enhance manager effectiveness and capability.
- Guide business leaders through talent management and annual compensation processes.
- Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
- Support leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.
- Stay informed about legislative and company-driven updates and utilize strong written skills to develop policy documents.
- Participate or lead subject matter expert groups to improve key HR processes across EMEA.
- Master's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
- Extensive Human Resources generalist work experience and dealing with labor relations cases in Spain.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law and Spanish Employee Relations experience.
- Experience in managing Works Councils in Spain.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience managing Workers Councils in Spain.
- Experience in Labor Relations in Spain.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, which is fast-paced and customer-driven.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make the best use of available resources.
- Project management and the ability to deliver, with a proven track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Excellent ability to deliver results individually as well as working in a team.
