Nuestro equipo de Capacity Planner H/M es responsable de garantizar que nuestros clientes tengan acceso a los recursos necesarios para cumplir con sus metas.

**Responsabilidades**

Las responsabilidades del Capacity Planner H/M incluyen:

  • Realizar cálculos de estimaciones de cargas de trabajo para garantizar que nuestros clientes tengan acceso a los recursos necesarios.
  • Elaborar requerimientos para las diferentes actividades que se nos requieran y seguir el seguimiento de las desviaciones.
  • Realizar valoraciones para nuevos productos o procedimientos para garantizar que se ajusten a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
  • Elaborar informes para las áreas de negocio para que puedan tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de negocio para la implantación y medición de propuestas y pilotos.

**Perfil**

Para ser exitoso en este rol, se requiere experiencia en Departamento de Planificación de Recursos, con al menos 1 año de experiencia en previsiones de carga de trabajo y análisis de desviaciones. También se requiere experiencia como mando intermedio en un Contact Center.
