Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team at Minor Hotels. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our human resources, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
  • Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Manage employee communications, including company announcements and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Proven track record of success in HR management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and motivate others to perform at their best.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
