We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic candidate to join our infant snacks category team in a temporary position.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market, competitors, and consumer analysis
  • Anticipate new market, industry, and consumer trends to keep the category up to date
  • Analysis and modification proposal of brand products portfolio for the continuous improvement adapted to user's needs
  • Coordinate the launch of brand innovation with sales channels
  • Coordinate the brand communication plan with agencies
  • Implement the innovation plan, coordinating projects with I&Q team
  • Develop and manage the brand growth plans
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan with the guidelines
  • Measure, analyse and monitor marketing actions (with special focus on digital) and improvement recommendations
  • Category budget control
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Agencies coordination to carry out a brand plan
  • Work with the sales team
Skills and Competencies
  • Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar
  • A Master in Market Research, Marketing, or MBA will be considered positively
  • English C1 level and Spanish will be valued
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar position, in a FMCG Marketing team
  • Market Research, Brand Management, Competitive Analysis, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing
  • Excellent understanding of the Market, competitors, and consumer trends
  • Experience in brand management and development in out-of-home channels is a plus
  • Competences: Goal oriented, Team player, Data analysis (analytical thinking), Proactivity and curiosity with a Fast-Moving mind, Problem solving, Open minded, Passion
