About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Control Technician to join our team at Dow Chemical Iberica S.L. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading materials science company and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for process automation systems, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with other plant processes.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in software and hardware upgrades, and ensure compliance with Dow's process automation work processes.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to plant system focal points and other site support resources.
Requirements
  • Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Networking, or related field, plus process control, manufacturing, or other related experience.
  • Equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
