Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager to play a key role in the growth of our Spanish Branch. The successful candidate will have a solid background in business development and a strong network for rapid growth of our Spanish Branch.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our Spanish branch, including sales, transportation planning, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Manage and provide leadership to a diverse team of carrier managers and key account managers.
  3. Bring in new logos and revenue streams from your well-known network and contribute to an accelerated growth of our Spanish Branch.
  4. Grow business opportunities by active participation in acquisition and customer meetings, coaching team members, and ensuring continuous development of the commercial and operational team.
  5. Proactively establish and maintain positive relationships with carriers and other stakeholders and manage solid margin results for the Spanish Branch with the team.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to transportation regulations and company policies.
