Buscamos un profesional experimentado para ocupar el cargo de Branch Manager en nuestra zona noreste de España. Como gestor de delegaciones, serás responsable de la gestión de las distintas delegaciones de la zona desde el punto de vista de operaciones, reparaciones y contratos de mantenimiento de equipos de climatización industrial.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestión de plantilla de técnicos de la zona noreste de España, supervisión, retención de talento y propuestas de formaciones técnicas.
  • Control de margen, productividad, y consecución de forecast de operaciones de reparación y mantenimiento de equipos de climatización industrial, junto con el planificador y coordinador de servicios a de la delegación.
  • Soporte de operaciones a la red comercial, relación con clientes para correcto desarrollo del negocio.
  • Control de estado de instalaciones propias, auditorías internas y externas.
  • Control y gestión de cartera de contratos de mantenimientos, ejecución, optimización y retención del cliente.
  • Gestión del stock y obsolescencia de materiales en el almacén.
Requisitos
  • Al menos 3-5 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos, preferiblemente dedicados a tareas de mantenimiento o reparaciones de equipos de climatización/refrigeración industrial.
  • Formación Profesional media o superior en instalaciones de climatización o materias técnicas similares
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por las delegaciones a cargo
  • Formación en PRL (60 h.)
  • Idiomas: Español alto/bilingüe. Inglés medio (B1)
  • Permiso de trabajo válido en la UE
