Sd Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with a global presence. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the architecture of our Enterprise tooling, leveraging Salesforce to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  • Responsible for business requirements gathering, workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and refine business user stories, sharing insights with the Product Owner.
  • Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and Sd Worx' business.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to track projects, coordinating with stakeholders and performing manual user acceptance testing.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements, ensuring minimal bugs in the Salesforce Suite.
  • Provide technical support to resolve configuration defects and assess readiness to deploy each release.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments, including future innovations.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring targets are met, and creating test plans, documents, and evaluating testing results.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SQL expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and initiative-taking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration with proven work experience.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Agile thinking and working.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
