En JAKALA Iberia estamos buscando un/a Talent Acquisition Consultant Junior con experiencia en selección de perfiles digitales y un claro foco en las personas.

¿Qué harás?
  • Tratarás directamente con Hiring Managers para entender las necesidades de negocio y alinearlas con nuestros objetivos.
  • Negociarás ofertas y realizarás el proceso de Onboarding.
  • Participarás en el desarrollo de nuevas estrategias de atracción del talento, con ideas innovadoras y de mejora continua.
  • Realizarás entrevistas por competencias y valores.
  • Participarás en eventos con escuelas y universidades y búsqueda de nuevas colaboraciones con las mismas.
¿Qué habilidades necesitamos?
  • Experiencia demostrable de 1-2 años en la gestión completa del ciclo de vida de los procesos de selección.
  • Experiencia en adquisición de talento digital.
  • Experiencia realizando entrevistas e informes por valores y competencias.
  • Experiencia de colaboración con escuelas y universidades.
  • Haber trabajado con plataformas HRIS/ATS.
  • Experiencia en búsqueda directa de perfiles a través de LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad de organización y priorización de tareas.
  • Fuerte foco en las personas.
  • Capacidad de negociación.
