Valencia - Junior Location Manager (M/F/D)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Location Manager to join our team in Valencia. As a Junior Location Manager, you will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of our location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas to optimize operations
- Maintain constant communication with international teams to ensure ongoing improvements
- Lead and motivate your on-site team, including onboarding, task planning, and quality control
- Recruit and build your team, seeking the right talent for your location
- Manage the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners
- Advise customers on our products and services, sending them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe
Requirements
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and the language of the country you applied for
- Driver's license Class B
