About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Location Manager to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our Location Management team, you will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of our location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration with International Teams: Maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
- Customer Consultation: Advise customers on our products and services, and ensure they have a positive experience with our brand.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar.
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
- You are a hands-on and effective communicator.
- You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized.
- Excellent English language skills, and fluency in the language of the country you are applying for.
- Driver's license Class B.
