Junior Location Manager

About the Role
The Junior Location Manager will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes while contributing own ideas to improve efficiency.
- Collaboration with International Teams: Maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
- Recruitment: Build and manage the team, seeking the right talent for the location.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
- Customer Consultation: Advise customers on products and services, sending them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar.
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and the language of the country applied for.
- Driver's license Class B.
