Job Description

Job Summary:

Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled Global Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing global processes and KPIs in Material & Warehouse Management areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain global IT blueprints for SAP and 54 Hana projects
  • Define, implement, and document global processes and KPIs in Material & Warehouse Management areas
  • Collaborate with project members on global SAP projects
  • Create global working instructions and communicate with local key users
  • Develop digital supplier connections and EDI
  • Lead SAP user acceptance testing and provide 2nd-level support
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement measures to optimize workflows
  • Evaluate and select new IT tools and solutions to support MM & WM processes
  • Develop business cases for SAP developments
  • Improve supply chain efficiency through proactive coordination and solution presentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • High level of English proficiency, Spanish a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP modules MM, EWM, PP, and MS Office
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in WH & MM processes
  • Experience in digital supplier connections SNC & EDI
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, good communication skills, commitment, and dedication
  • High resilience and initiative
  • Project management skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong ownership and continuous improvement mindset
  • Process understanding and systematic approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel
