CMDB Data Quality Manager

Krell Consulting & Training is seeking a highly skilled CMDB Data Quality Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This is a critical and high-priority position that requires a strong background in CMDB management, ITIL, and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in the CMDB
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the CMDB to ensure compliance with Group processes within the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensuring the quality of data stored in the CMDB
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CMDB management, preferably within the ServiceNow environment
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work effectively with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
