Krell Consulting & Training is seeking a highly skilled CMDB Data Quality Manager to join our team for an important project in the insurance sector located in Barcelona. The role will be performed in a hybrid mode, with some days working from our client's office in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in the CMDB.
- Oversee the maintenance of the CMDB and ensure compliance with Group processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the quality of data stored in the CMDB and coordinate cross-functional teams to work effectively with all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language (both written and oral).
- Proven experience in CMDB management preferably within the ServiceNow environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.
- ITIL certification.
