Senior Manager of Private Client Services

Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of Private Client Services is tasked with the formulation, coordination, and implementation of strategies aimed at engaging a select group of corporate and social partners. This role is pivotal in optimizing third-party segmentation efforts to efficiently reach target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with essential corporate and social partners, including Embassies, Diplomats, Politicians, Private Corporations, International Schools, Chambers of Commerce, the Sports Industry, Arts & Culture, and Real Estate.
- Identify and pursue new business and incremental revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with Retail, Marketing, Hospitality, and Business Analysts to enhance service delivery.
Relationship Management:
- Acquire and manage key corporate and social partnerships through thorough research and relationship-building.
- Define profiles for High Net Worth individuals, considering categories, countries, spending power, and demographics.
- Establish strategic objectives, KPIs, and measurement tools for the Private Client Services Partner Program.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Prioritize and implement actionable initiatives to enhance community engagement.
- Attend industry events to gather insights on market trends and creative developments.
Market Development:
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that can drive increased engagement.
- Utilize market knowledge to develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the company.
- Work collaboratively across functions to enhance guest experiences at all touchpoints.
Performance Metrics:
- Maintain a comprehensive database of High Net Worth clients, including details such as family size and estimated spending.
- Develop additional channels for High Net Worth engagement.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to track, analyze, and enhance performance.
- Deliver on agreed commercial KPIs.
