Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Proactively support the team and store managers in creating a client-centric mindset, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Act as a right-hand to the managers, handling store opening and closing, cash reconciliation, repairs, and other operational duties.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Senior Sales role, preferably in a luxury or client-centric retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
