About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior High Voltage Electrical Engineer to join our team at Vèringer Engineering. As a key member of our electrical discipline, you will be responsible for leading all engineering activities related to electrical systems for specific projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and calculation of EHV substations, distribution and transmission lines, and electrical protection systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in companies providing engineering services for Extra High Voltage installations.
  • Proven experience in designing EHV installations, including AIS and GIS substations, distribution and transmission lines, and protection and control systems.
  • Proficiency in software such as ETAP, EMTP ATP, and AUTOCAD.
  • Fluency in English (Portuguese is also highly valued).
