Company Overview:

Capital Energy is dedicated to advancing digital infrastructures that promote sustainable economic practices. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to assist the Project Manager in overseeing, coordinating, and planning data center initiatives during their preliminary stages across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and oversee project scheduling during the initial phases.
  • Administer and monitor the project budget and financial flow in early stages.
  • Compile follow-up and internal reporting documents.
  • Support the business development team in identifying potential land for future projects and selecting design partners.
  • Contribute to the design of the data center and its integration with electrical systems and renewable energy facilities.
  • Track the status of project permits and assess possible adjustments or enhancements.
  • Assist the finance team with project funding by reviewing reports, CAPEX, and technical project details.
  • Conduct Technical Due Diligence and collaborate with technical advisors; provide support for other Due Diligence aspects (legal, insurance, etc.).
  • Manage project Data Rooms related to Due Diligence and corporate financing.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s in project management is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management roles.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages, such as German, is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
