About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Solar Energy Project Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of solar energy projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution activities, including managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborating with project teams to define project scope and goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through your deliveries.
- Managing project risks and developing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicating project progress and status updates to management, and performing quality control checks of solar installations and subcontractor deliveries.
- Developing and implementing training programs for new employees to ensure consistent, high-quality work.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience in project management or a related field.
- Knowledge of solar energy is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Strong personal drive, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager is a plus, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
