Senior Project Manager, Player Care

Scopely is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our Monopoly GO Game team in one of our global studio hubs or remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in delivering product insights, running outsourced support operations, and designing state-of-the-art technology to support our players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of game-related development projects, utilizing expert-level project management skills.
  • Employ advanced data analysis competencies to monitor and report on project metrics and KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective management of timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including handling operational processes, account management, and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide holistic insights leading to direct improvements of player experience in the game.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive knowledge base, document typology, and ensure tech writing and training processes are up to date.
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in the video game or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion based on business case and expected impact.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong experience with data and BI presentation tools (Looker, Tableau,...).
