Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient storage, distribution, and maintenance of food and beverage, general supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness of the storage area meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments on operational issues related to the warehouse as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of requisition forms and ensure timely completion and acknowledgement by requesting parties.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen cleaning staff to maintain the highest standards of hygiene in all storage areas.
- Regularly inspect all stocks to determine the probability of deterioration and segregate those for priority issuance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hotel's accounting department or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
