Your RoleWe are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations Team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of our warehouses in Barcelona, ensuring optimal use of space, accessibility of goods, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize inventory systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and execute action plans to drive performance improvements and align with corporate objectives.
- Oversee warehouse organization, receipt and management of merchandise, and direct transportation and distribution operations.
- Manage warehouse workforce, ensuring effective task allocation, productivity, and achievement of operational goals.
- Prepare reports and oversee stock control, offering strategic insights for ongoing improvements in operations.
We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
