Warehouse Operations Coordinator

The Position
This role contributes to the success of Roche Diagnostic Spain by coordinating the day-to-day warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Assist Operations Managers in leading daily operations and ensure the warehouse process is handled efficiently and precisely.
- Organize inventory of stock in the warehouse, including changes and adjustments in the warehouse inventory system.
- Control expired and obsolete products and collect the monthly KPI report and other reports.
- Manage all documentation related to the Quality Management System, including manuals, procedures, non-conformities, and continuous improvement action plans.
- Participate in projects related to technical or system changes to adapt operations to new business needs.
- Develop and implement activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, product slotting, picking, packing, kitting, and operating heavy equipment like a forklift.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or technical engineering.
- Knowledge of Distribution Center activities and systems, stock management, and supply techniques.
- Expertise in all processes and systems within the warehouse.
- Experience with SAP R3 MM / PP Module and microcomputing at the user level.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
